Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist in inventory management and contribute to store upkeep.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
