Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow company standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Meet all state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
