Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members and report feedback to management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies, store procedures, and security measures.
- Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
- Operate equipment safely and perform general cleaning duties.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
