Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to ensure a stellar shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Assist in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
