Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies, ensure data security, and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
- Ability to safely use equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
