Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is beneficial.
