Job Description
We are looking for a committed Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking products, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise products accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy with store counts.
- Adhere to company cash policies and uphold security measures.
- Perform general store duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register.
- Safely operate equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
