Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for customer service, merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and contribute to a positive store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
