Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store activities including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and maintain accurate transactions.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding store security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
- Experience in retail environment and general cleaning duties preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
