Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create a welcoming shopping environment.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior retail experience is preferred
