Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers with shopping inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and uphold cash policies
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
