Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the store's appearance. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a key part in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
