Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain a tidy store environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Proficiency in providing prompt customer service, operating a cash register, and using store equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
