Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized store. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and ensuring a clean shopping environment for our customers.

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store neatly organized.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
