Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while working collaboratively with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Help monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and operating equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Efficient cash register operation skills
- Ability to operate store equipment safely
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Work effectively in a team and independently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
