Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate our core values and professionalism throughout daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Follow established policies to safeguard company assets and data.
- Execute additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer friendly and efficient customer service.
- Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing cleaning tasks to company standards.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ensure compliance with state and local alcohol regulations.
Educational Requirements and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
