Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness in the store, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively within the team.
- Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Contribute to inventory procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Proficient in using store equipment and following company policies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
