Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, where you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer purchases efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
