Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in using store equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
