Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and M.A.P
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
