Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a clean and organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, perform cashiering duties, and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
