Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines consistently
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and offer excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management
- Provide feedback on products and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
Qualifications
- Age requirement: 18 years or older
- Customer service and cash register operation skills
- Ability to safely operate equipment and follow cleaning standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma preferred
