Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service, assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash policies, uphold company procedures, and ensure document security.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Effective customer service and cash handling abilities.
- Operate equipment efficiently and follow cleaning standards.
- Interpret and apply company policies accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
