Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation.
• Knowledge of operating equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
