Job Description
As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and provides exceptional service to customers. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and support team collaboration
- Report feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company policies and maintain document security
- Perform other assigned duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Proficiency in cashier operations and equipment handling
- Ability to interpret policies and maintain standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
