Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to uphold security
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and retail equipment
- Capability to perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
