Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members and management.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Assist in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
