Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Perform cashiering, cleaning, stocking, and merchandise display tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of handling equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
