Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing cleaning duties and following company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
