Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. mindset and competencies in your role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
- Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
