Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the job, including stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred and retail experience is a plus.
