As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-maintained, serving customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team. Your responsibilities will include processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
- Follow company policies and maintain document security
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement of 18
- Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
