Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing cleaning tasks according to standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
