Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in your role.
- Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other related issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Comply with company policies while safeguarding document security.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Customer service and cashier experience preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and maintain store standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
