Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure displays are neat.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
