Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment.

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store counts
- Adhere to company policies and cash procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to operate cash register and equipment
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
