Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory levels, and any issues to the management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties and operate necessary equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
