Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by merchandising and stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining store cleanliness. Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
