Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
- Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Proficient in using store equipment and following company policies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience is preferred
