Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, monitor inventory accuracy, and contribute feedback to management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handle equipment safely, and follow established cleaning standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
