Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play an integral role in creating a pleasant shopping environment for our customers by maintaining product displays, assisting with cashier duties, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on inventory, product quality, and customer experiences.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
