Job Description
We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-stocked, maintained, and that customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Take inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and provide feedback on products and issues.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
