We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store efficiency.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
