Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with team members to ensure the store maintains a high standard and delivers a great shopping experience for customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $15.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Performing general cleaning, stocking shelves, and maintaining merchandise displays.
- Assisting customers and enhancing their shopping experience.
- Communicating effectively with team members and management.
- Conducting inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
- Adhering to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
