Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in operating store equipment and following company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
