Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves and conducting general cleaning tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries and shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory levels, participate in store inventory counts, and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and carrying up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
