Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store maintains high standards in merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers, and communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Comply with company policies, ensure document security, and uphold confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask professionally.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
