Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets and Competencies to deliver exceptional service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory management, and operational issues.
- Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and security protocols.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Proficiency in general cleaning tasks and equipment operation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
