Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include performing general cleaning duties, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with team members to ensure the store's success.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company policies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma preferred, with retail experience beneficial.
