Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support the overall shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking and lifting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
